ELAD INVESTMENTS FULLY LEASES RZESZOW AIRPORT SCHEME

ELAD Investments has fully leased its 91,000 sqm warehouse and office scheme north of the city of Rzeszów, next to the Rzeszów International Airport.

The property is currently fully-occupied by five tenants, including the British Embassy, alongside transportation, consumer discretionary products, aerospace and defence industries.

The property lies in Rzeszów, podkarpackie voivodeship and it is situated north to the city of Rzeszów, next to the Rzeszów International Airport. The airport serves a catchment of over 4.6 M people (regions: Podkarpackie, Malopolska, Lubelskie, and Swietokrzyskie) and due to its location can also attract passengers from neighboring Western Ukraine and North-Eastern Slovakia.

The property is located 10 kilometers from the intersection of national road no. 9 and A4 motoway, providing a connection between the western and the eastern borders of the country.

Leasing activity in Poland’s logistics market reached over five million sq m in 2023, surpassing the historic results from 2020. Two of our ELAD Investments projects in Poland, including Rzeszów Airport and our Zabzre Logistics Park achieved full occupancy.
